We have entered the month of July, and with it, the Raspberry New Moon energy graces us. Our hearts are like delicate raspberries; to harvest their sweetness, we must navigate through hardships and trauma. Just as raspberries grow through thorns to become sweet and ripe, our guided meditation will help you "berry" your burdens and "juice" up your heart's joy.

I am thrilled to invite you to a deeply transformative Spiritual Cacao Ceremony on the serene banks of the river this Thursday, July 4th. As we gather under the powerful energies of the Raspberry Moon, we will blend the new moon’s sweetness with the sacred healing spirit of cacao, heightening our heart awareness. This ceremony will inspire us to heal what we have forgotten and honour the space of our dream work.

Our guided meditation will infuse the sweetness of our spirits and hearts, adding a touch of Cacao magic to our journey.

  • A comfortable cushion or mat to sit/lay on
  • Eye mask
  • A blanket to keep warm as the evening cools
  • A journal and pen for reflection (Optional)

  • An open heart and a willingness to heal (my personal fave)
